Gipsy Hill Federation Talent Pool

The Gipsy Hill Federation Talent Pool is an opportunity for candidates to submit their CV for consideration for any of our teacher vacancies that become vacant throughout the academic year.

Once a vacancy arises, you will be contacted by our Recruitment Administrator to find out if you are interested in the role and confirm if you would like to be shortlisted. A Talent Pool gives you the opportunity to be the first to know when we have vacancies across our two Federations, which include 8 schools in total across Lambeth and Southwark. You can join the Talent Pool at any time of the year and it gives you great exposure when searching for the perfect career. SHINE on Saturday Programme

Gipsy Hill Federation has a SHINE on Saturday programme which provides 150 hours a year of alternative creative learning, designed to boost the achievement levels of KS2 children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Each project is based at a school and runs on a Saturday over three terms, working with 60 underachieving pupils. We regularly look for support staff and tutors to assist with this programme on a casual basis.
